Welcome to ALLPASS Instructor Training!

I have been in the Driving Instructor industry for almost 30 years.

After qualifying as a Driving Instructor and teaching approximately 1000 people to drive a car over a ten-year period. I became involved in teaching people to become Driving Instructors, working for a national Driving School. Where I later became Director of Training for several years.

My responsibilities were to manage people on the course and train the Trainers to ORDIT level after successful obtaining a grade 6 ORDIT qualifications for six consecutive years myself.

Thus enabling them to teach people to become Driving Instructors. I have attended several training teaching courses at Cardington for part 2 and (where DSA examiners are trained).

I was also required to give classroom presentations for six hours to 15 to 40 people once a month with the Driving School. I received coaching by John Farlam and Margret Stacey both who are recognized by the DSA for their contribution to various books and coaching techniques used by the DSA.

Attended for 2 years Business Leaders forums held by the Academy of Chief Executives where I dealt with all aspects of running a successful business.

I still regularly attended training courses at Conwy Business Centre, which enables me to ensure Allpass is managed, and performs its business to a very high level.

So rest assured you are in very capable hands with Allpass from the day-to-day running of the business to training you to drive or becoming a Driving Instructor.

Having worked as a supermarket assistant for 7 years trying to work my hours around my children, I have finally found the perfect job for

me. I joined Allpass back in January 2010, they gave me all the help I needed to pass my theory, and the part 2 and 3 training was exceptional, having passed all three parts by April I cant believe how much easier my life is. After being made redundant, I thought I would never be able to get a job as I'm approaching 50, and have been a bus driver
